Buffet Hire @ DV8

Upstairs hire for a minimum of 14 to a maximum of 70 guests. Buffet charged at £19.95 per person (£10.95 for children) including:

  • Cold sandwiches on white bread of roast ham and wholegrain mustard, roast beef and horseradish, cheddar cheese and red onion chutney. (Brown bread optional)
  • Hot wraps of southern fried chicken with melted cheddar
  • Mix of salad with our house dressing
  • Hot wraps of Beef Brisket and melted cheese and mushrooms
  • Large portions of chunky chips and skinny fries
  • Halloumi fries, Mozzarella sticks, Chicken Goujons
  • Garlic bread and Cheesy garlic bread
  • Selection of dessert bites including Triple chocolate Brownie and Cheesecake

If you require any vegetarian or vegan options, please tell us and we can accommodate this easily. If you have any dietary requirements such as gluten free or dairy free, we can also accommodate this with some notice.

We can add drinks to your booking such as prosecco on arrival, bottles of Peroni or wines. Or, if you prefer, guests can order drinks to be put onto a tab for the organiser to pay, or guests can "pay as you go" for their own drinks, again just let us know what would be best for your party.

The perfect venue for your special occasion

From exclusive venue hire to private areas within DV8, we cater for a wide range of events, including birthdays, christenings, celebrations, and corporate functions. Our private spaces can accommodate groups from as few as 12 guests.
Private Hire Form

We don’t charge a room hire fee, just the charge of the buffet per person. We will include a staff member to solely serve your party and keep on top of any requests you may have.

The area will be half of the upstairs dining room (split by a divider screen) or the recently added downstairs dining area, depending on the size of your party one or both areas may be required. For larger groups of 40+ extra space will be offered.

If you have any preferences please let me know and we will endeavour to make sure you are happy with the space provided. Unfortunately, we cannot offer private hire in the outside courtyard or entrance of the main building.

You may decorate the area with balloons and banners etc; however, we kindly ask no cello tape or stickers to be used on the walls and table and no glitter or confetti. If ordering a balloon arch, please be advised due to the nature of the building having low ceilings and beams you may wish to view and measure up beforehand.

The area is yours for 5 hours, although if you need extra time this can be arranged in advance at the time of booking.
